about

As The 20th Century F*xes wound down to an end in 1984, Dave Mellett and Mike Bannon took the opportunity to go on a tour of Norway with Martin Forrest, playing as The Trees.
On his return Dave lent Jon his brand new state of the art Yamaha DX9 synthesizer and a 4-track cassette recorder that belonged to Martin Forrest.
Taking this first ever opportunity to record solo Jon recorded these six tracks with a little bit of help from Dave.
What A Waste of Precious Time and Half Life were subsequently re-recorded at Linden Sound Studio shortly after this with Jon and Dave releasing it as oBVIOUSLY iNSANE under the moniker Master Master.
Note that tracks 2-3 and the oBVIOUSLY iNSANE version of What A Waste Of Precious Time were also released on the album 'Always'.
